German Bisque Headed Doll c.1900

Description

Large bisque doll with brown fixed paperweight eyes.

Her wig is fair,plaited into pigtails.

Head is impressed with a W , Germany & either G or 6.

The body is jointed at the knees & elbows & the hands turn at the wrists.

General condition of the body is good although the feet are a bit worn.

The left foot is cracked & looks like someone has attempted a repair.

Dress is cream & black polka dot with brown lace.

Length of doll is 24″.
